At Silkwood Dream, we have the quality and inclusions
We use MGP10 premium quality timber in our framing which far exceeds Australian timber framing standards.

Our load bearing walls are at 450mm spacing which means more timber in your frame. Most use 600mm spacing.

We feel confident enough to offer you a 30 year guarantee - peace of mind for you!

• We have a slab classification allowance of either a "H" or "M" others are generally only "M" which means additional cost
• We don't have a restrictive lineal meterage allowance for connections where you get trapped into additional costs as others do
• We include all floor coverings. Others may not include carpet and or tiles
• We have a 3 coat paint system with use of 3 colours (ceilings, walls, and timberwork) others may have only 2 coats and 2 choices of colours
• Some builders penalize you harshly if you make changes to reflect your personal touches. We encourage it
• Our kitchens and cabinets far exceeds our competitors allowance
• Extensive standard colour choices. Over 100 different laminate samples! Some others have a huge colour showroom, but most items are at an extra cost
• We offer same day phone enquiry response. In 75% of instances, it is immediate. Industry standards are between 48hrs and 7 days
• We offer a site start within 8weeks (upon completion of all paperwork) standard. Others use this as a luxurious promotion
